small room lack of soundproofing
the location was near the jr station (nice!).
The room felt smaller than advertised. there wasn't much space for luggage and moving around became a bit of a challenge. also, the lack of soundproofing was noticeable. I could hear conversations and street noise quite easily, impacting sleep quality.

the hotel is near kanda station. it is about a five minute walk. a 7-eleven store is right next to the hotel, that was helpful. the staff assisted with luggage delivery to narita airport.
the view from my room was not great. i saw only pipes and tanks on an adjacent building.

I found the staff very helpful. They assisted with travel questions and were polite. the location is quite convenient because the walk from the station is flat with no stairs or hills. i also liked that i could borrow items like reading lamps from the lobby.
The room was quite small. It was challenging to fully open a large wheeled suitcase inside, a slight inconvenience.

The room included free toiletries, such as face wash and lotions, very handy. pyjamas were available to borrow from reception. This was a thoughtful touch! the room had good housekeeping options. I could select a full clean or just a towel change.

Super Clean and Convenient!
room cleanliness fast check-in
The room was super clean and very quiet. The hotel offered a kettle in the room and a nice selection of bath salts. I used the washing machines and they worked great. Check-in and check-out were very fast, saving me valuable time.
The view from my room was not ideal, with pipes and tanks visible on an adjacent building. There was basically no real view at all. The room was smaller than expected. With luggage, space became quite limited.
